Shipping & Returns
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes! We ship Canada-wide from our cozy studio in Kincardine, Ontario.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $150 CAD. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
When will my order ship?
All of our products are handmade in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
We ship orders on Mondays to prevent your candle from sitting in a delivery truck over the weekend in fluctuating temperatures.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet! We're focusing on Canada for now, but stay tuned as we expand.
What’s your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, if a product is damaged during shipment, we’re happy to replace or refund it. Please submit photographic proof of damage along with your receipt to info@aurabotanicals.ca within 5 days of delivery.
Exclusions
We cannot accept exchanges, returns, or refunds on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Limited edition or collaboration items
- Products older than 30 days from the date of purchase
Purchased from a Retailer?
We can only process returns, exchanges, or refunds for items purchased directly from www.aurabotanicals.ca Unfortunately, items bought elsewhere cannot be accepted at this time.
Sale & Limited Edition Items
Sale items, gift cards, and limited edition products are final sale. Price adjustments for items purchased before a sale are not available.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we might be able to help. Send us a message as soon as possible at info@aurabotanicals.ca
How do I know my order went through?
You’ll receive a confirmation email right after placing your order. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.
My tracking info hasn’t updated. What should I do?
Sometimes carriers take a day or two to scan packages. If it’s been more than 3 business days, let us know and we’ll look into it for you.
I put the wrong address—can I fix it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes! Email us ASAP with your order number and the correct address.
What should I do if something in my order is missing or broken?
We’re so sorry! Please send a photo and your order number within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Products
Are your candles clean burning?
Absolutely! We use paraben & phalate free, clean-burning ingredients so you can feel good about what you’re bringing into your space.
What kind of wax do you use?
Our candles are made with a natural luxury coconut-apricot wax blend—free from parabens, phthalates, and other harsh additives.
Do you use fragrance oils or essential oils?
We use high-quality fragrance oils that are free from harmful ingredients, and always IFRA-certified for safety.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! Every item we make is vegan, never tested on animals, and made with love—not shortcuts.
