Do you ship across Canada?

Yes! We proudly ship Canada-wide from our cozy studio in Kincardine, Ontario.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 CAD.
For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

When will my order ship?

Every Aura Botanicals candle is handmade in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

We ship on Mondays to ensure your candle doesn’t sit in a delivery truck over the weekend, where fluctuating temperatures could affect its quality.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet—we’re keeping things close to home for now. But stay tuned as we grow!
