Aura Botanicals: Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy
Candle Care & Returns
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, if a product is damaged during shipment, we’re happy to replace or refund it. Please submit photographic proof of damage along with your receipt to info@aurabotanicals.ca within 5 days of delivery.
Exclusions
We cannot accept exchanges, returns, or refunds on:

Products older than 30 days from the date of purchase
Purchased from a Retailer?
We can only process returns, exchanges, or refunds for items purchased directly from www.aurabotanicals.ca Unfortunately, items bought elsewhere cannot be accepted at this time.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible. Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Sale & Limited Edition Items
Sale items, gift cards, and limited edition products are final sale. Price adjustments for items purchased before a sale are not available.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for re-shipping costs if a package is lost in transit or returned due to an incorrect address. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refund issued will have return shipping costs deducted.
